Gifting Blue essence

So as someone who has played league since like season 2 or 3 I have every champion in the game etc and I have like 72k blue essence I don't need or use because I can't do anything with it except for buying more rune pages which I have around 9 of already. So I think It'd be cool if you could gift blue essence to people as I personally would gift all of mine to my friend since I brought her into league a few years back and she still has some champions she needs to buy along with rune pages etc. Its just I don't need it and I'm just basically collecting a bunch of blue essence until a new champion comes out which I'd already would have made probably double or triple the blue essence that the champion costs. Long story short I just want to give/gift all of my blue essence to my girlfriend and thought that a system for doing so would be pretty cool.
