Rune refund - what gives Rito?

There's a fload of feedback from the community on the rune refunds, constructive or otherwise, but not a whole lot of comments from Rito. What gives? I can't seem to track down a red that would give me a piece of your mind and I'm really interested to see what options are you considering. Personally I'm mildly upset and knowing that you had your reasons as a company doesn't make it much better.

Getting 100/ 300 back no matter the original cost is just mind boggling to me, adds a second layer of unfairnes to this and I see no reason for it to be this way. Why didn't you go for the simple 20% - 30% refunds?

I've played since late S1 and I'm expecting to get around 50k total, pages included. Let's be generous and say that it's 25% of their original value. If you had worked for years to generate wealth and it got cut by 75% because of unforeseeable changes in the law you'd be mildly upset too. If that's what you gotta do then I have no real say in the matter, but the 'be happy with what you got' argument is just down right insulting and a toxic way of approaching companies.

Humanity has evolved to never be happy with what we got and it's what got us this far. Don't bend over. Care for your interests.
