Why cant we get a compensation in ranks when there is AFK players

I was in the last game of my diamond promo and somehow my support went AFK after 1 min and we cant remake. Then ADC got dived then went AFK too. There is always AFK players in ranks, It was either player flame each other or just computer problems. I get 3 AFK players in my two of my diamond promo. So far I don't receive any notification that any of them got banned. This really hurts my luck and my interest in the game. From that time, now I can get 1 afk player in 5 of my games. I feel like this is not only happen to me. Is it possible to give compensation to the players that have AFK players in rank games? Or maybe just refund the LP after successfully report?

Ranked men playing need compensation for Trolls, and flamers for the time spent on pointless games.

There's two problems with this:

First, LP is not something that is given or taken randomly - the reason the LP system works is because in the vast majority of games, both teams win/lose a similar amount of LP - there's close to 0 net gain/loss. Sure, this is affected by promos, remakes, etc, but the vast majority of games result in very little (i.e. less than 10) LP gain/loss. So either both teams would have to win/lose less, or neither.

Furthermore, if you implement a "compensation for AFK", then you will have more people attempting to get others to AFK to "take one for the team". Things like "bro ur 0/9 just AFK because we don't deserve to lose because of you" and the like.

Lastly, this isn't a problem, but in the grand scheme of things AFKs literally don't stop you from climbing. There's 5 enemy players, and 4 teammates. Given that the matchmaking system is just as likely to put that player against you than with you, you actually experience 20% more of these players on the enemy team than yours - whether you believe it or not.

Well, today is the last day of climbing, I only meet 1 AFK player which is nice. Like I posted 4 days ago, I got demoted from diamond promo to plat 4 because of AFK players. Somehow I become lucky that I met some really patient and positive players. Now I finally reached my dream to become a diamond player. I think its because i become positive and patient to my team so no one starting to intentionally troll me. However, I still believe the AFK problem is huge in this game. I think that there should be some rules adding to the new rank system.

So yeah not much people actually read or care about this ill just post whenever I saw a troll player or some random unfair shit in rank game. I just met 1 AFK player earlier today went AFK because jungler smited the buff and just before i posted this I met a mid soraka just follow me eveywhere because she claimed that I banned her champ. She didnt hover anything before the ban pick section so I just banned ekko because ekko is a good champ. She just giving free kills to every lane and makes us suffer even though the 4 of us is actually winning the game. I mean I really get these players a lot but I rarely Barely saw them get banned. This soraka id is: Lazy GaGa If you need video clips or anything I have proves and I'm sure you can actually pull the chat history out.
