WTF are these trash runes

Celerity being hot garbage surrounded by other garbage..Resolve is also pretty awful. I can choose between Demolish, font of life, or Shield bash...Clearly the best rune here is Shield bash while the others are just underwhelming..Of course not everyone can proc shield bash so i guess you're shit out of luck and stuck with the inferior runes that will clearly leave you at a disadvantage. Particularly in top lane..But don't worry, a month or so from now riot will be scratching their heads in bewilderment on why shield bash is being taken so much and it will be nerfed.
