Can we get rid of Ranked Auto-fill?

The thing I hate the most when it comes to Ranked is auto-fill (A.K.A. "HA, you got Support"). For me, who basically only plays mid, getting auto-filled (it means you are going to be Support) into a position I don't normally play--if ever--is basically giving the enemy team a free win. Most of you are probably thinking: Well then learn the lane, Noob. To those of you who say that, go shove it up your nuggets. Why on earth would I play a lane I don't enjoy playing if the only reason I play League is to have fun. Defeats the whole purpose.

I would GLADLY wait as long as it takes for me to get the lane of my choice, instead of getting auto-filled (basically you get Support). Auto-fill (let's just call it Support) needs to go.
