"so sad...you are not authorized"

I've been trying to authorize since literal years but roughly gave up after a short matter of time everytime. i took my time and researched again what might cause the problem and how to fix it but there was never a real answer. just things like "you vote too fast" ( i never voted because im not able to [sg-ahri-1] ) "clear your browser history data" etc. so since i can't seem to find a real answer i try my luck here [zombie-nunu-bummed]
