No Missions?

So I started playing about a year ago. When I first started I think I got about 3-5 missions then nothing. I thought it was normal like it was just "how to" missions to help you get started. Then I started doing the VS mission with Garen and Darius. I got about 2 done and no more popped up. I thought that i was on the tail end of the event so again I didn't think about it. This has reoccurred 3 times now with the Pool Party, Odyssey, and now Arcade (I took time off due a car accident not allowing me to really play for a few months). I only get a couple missions per event and I DO NOT get any more "regular" missions. The only one I consistently get is the reoccurring "First Win of the Day" Mission. I've heard other people getting baron missions or dragon missions and i'm starting to think there is something wrong with my client or something. Please help. Thank you!

When you open up your mission interface, there's usually a button to participate in the event. Have you already opted in to receive the Arcade missions for this event?
