riot doesnt take care of toxic people

I put in a ticket about a person who had a racial slur in there name so riot could take care of him, they just took down my ticket and he is still playing games, he has 2 accounts with this specific slur, please share around to let everyone know that riot isn't really working on improving there game and ban systems. let it be known that if you look at said persons op.gg he hase multiple afk games where he just dies once then sits in base all game, it happened to me in a game and he has done it to many times.
