So, developers, question for ya.

So, ever since I was little, it's always been a dream of mine to be in game design. Nowadays, I'd be happy doing anything creative, but game design would still be fun.

Now, if you create a game, and are involved in all the behind the scenes stuff... is that game still enjoyable? If one of the biggest draws for a game is its story, would I still enjoy the story despite writing it? Kind of afraid to go and make my dream game only to not enjoy it at all since I know everything that would happen.
