I have twitch prime. Saw it on the little drop down. Linked my accounts. Says I'll get it next time I log in. Logged in 3 times and I ain't got NUFFIN'. Anyone else have the problem and find a solution to it by chance?
I might found a solution for this issue.
to get the reward, you first have to follow all the instructions set on the Loot page. When it says you have to Log out, you have to make sure you logged off ALL devices. including the mobile App and all available Browser you logged in. just check them all. Now restart your client and you will find it.
If you have troubles and get the messgae "there was an error linking your Account" just try another Browser. i had problems with Chrome, but it worked in IE and Firefox for me.
so i have the same problem and i linked the accounts 2 days ago... still no capsule
same problem. i really hope i get it soon
It took about a half hour for me to get mine. I would say if you don't get it after a day or so submit a support ticket.

Yup, same. Saw the article this morning and I must have linked everything correctly as I saw the message that says it will be there next time I log in. Multiple log ins and hours later nothing. I dont mind waiting if its a technical issue, just as long as it does eventually come through. I did make a a ticket so will be waiting on that.
I got mine about 24 hours after I linked my account so I am not sure if that helps you any.
Even to myself, although I put everything I had to do I always try again later

I had another issue with missions and the person who helped me said that they are really backed up right now so they are probably working on it havent gotten mine yet either
I haven't received my capsule yet either. I'm going to wait 24 hours and see but if I don't see it, I'm filing a help ticket.
Same here no capsule yet. Linked 2 days ago should I submit a ticket? Yes, I have twitch prime because I have amazon prime and I will never get rid of Amazon prime so twitch prime is mine! xD

I wasn't getting mine, I signed into twitch and clicked claim offer in the prime loot section and it showed up immediately
