Anyone know if it s been said whether or not any of these skins are going to become available? Unfortunately, I only see that Winter Wonder Neeko has become available. SAD!

They're coming out with the sugar rush skins later this patch.

Does anybody know if the vault opening will be limited to Snowdown legacy skins?

There are a few retired legacy skins that I would like to get.
