Key Frag still obtainable by playing games?

Ever since Riot introduced the Honor system, I've never got a single key frag from playing a game. Not even one. I've only been getting them once in a while from Riot for keeping it a sport attitude or what not. I'm just curious if they're not obtainable from playing games anymore, or if the rates of getting them dropped drastically, or my luck is shit. Has anyone got Key frags from playing? I just would like to know.
