Why I can't sell this ?

Well I got it when I reached level 40 , it costs 2500 BE , it's not even worth 100 BE , besides what can I do with it ? how is that even called an emote ? the emote is all about showing reaction and stuff like that , where is the reaction with this ? and can I just disenchant it and get BE just like when I disenchant skins ? 1350 BE champions like are worth 270 BE by disenchanting their shards , so this should be around 500 BE which is good and I won't complain if I get it again..
