I think its ridiculous that riot has made it impossible to have custom sounds & mods. These are non-competive advantage mod's. A custom game mode tool would be amazing and increase replayability. It will give us the opportunity to experiment with what the PLAYER BASE enjoys. Quit restricting our creativity and ability to improve the game.
