Riot RNG apparently likes to give me good Star Guardian shards, because it just gave me the OTHER legendary skin.

And when I get my Birdie Bag, I'm pretty certain that will be the skin line I get.
I got a Hextec Singed in my last Chest. At least im a Singed main but its a terrible skin lol
My luck is always 750 or less Legacy skins. lol I got Debonair Galio (When I already own Birdio, Hextech Galio, and Gatekeeper Galio). I guess it wants me to have all the Galio skins despite playing him roughly .1% of the time. lol
That's why I'm taking the bag which gives all skin rarities. >_>
Lucky you, cause in my case riot keeps giving me Winter related skins :/.
At least I got Bard's/Sivir's skin out of it on my main and Lulu's/Karma's out of it on my main smurf.
Oh also got the kog maw one from a reroll but I don't even play him so rip.
