All of my accounts are getting perma banned.
I will admit this account im using to make this thread is a bought account, with that being said the rest of my accounts are not bought. Am i ip banned?

Riot doesn't bother with IP bans IIRC. Too easy to circumvent, and it gets unrelated people caught up in the problem too; college dorms, other family members, other customers in net cafes, etc.
Best guess is they are banning every account they can link to you -an ID ban- or you've just been toxic on all those accounts. You could also be getting banned for having accounts boosted, or boosting other people, and it's also possible they're banning you for security concerns, though that's unlikely. Doesn't really matter though, you should put in a support ticket for this stuff since none of us can give you a sure answer.
