Because Rengar vs Kha'zix would be better.
I'm pretty sure "Why not?" has been the general design philosophy of Riot the past three months, so why not.
Seriously though, unless the next champion is going to be his rival i can't imagine it making thematical sense.
The next VS event is more likely to be Nasus vs Renekton, Azir vs Xerath, Kayle vs Morgana or Leona vs Diana.
I don't see it being Kayle vs Morgana though, unless of course that'll be their rework release theme.

Why not: because he already has a lot of good skins, and isn't in a very strong rivalry with anyone else in League.

Both lacking in nice skins, both tanky Freljord junglers, with a pretty fierce rivalry
