Should Ranked be Re - Evaluated?

I just had a Ranked game with a Bronze Amumu jungle on my team who was silver last season and the season before that with a 50% winrate overall with 10 games played this season. I also had an Unranked Enemy Jungler was smurfing (Probably a gold player). We also had me (a plat 1 Mid main playing my one trick) who has a 56% Winrate in Gold 4 on his smurf acc. They also had an Azir Mid who was Gold 2 with a 46% WR.

So in total the skill difference in that game was Unranked Smurf, Gold 4 Plat 1 smurf, a bronze 1 50% wr player, and a handful of actual gold and silver players. Just saying this is kind of silly.

Should Ranked be re - evaluated?

Now, I wouldn't really care because I just promoted but still it does affect my MMR.

Yes, it should.

They need to start rolling out a new random survey(s) that as common sense gameplay questions that will only appear to each person once. If you get people on your team who answered incorrectly to the questions in the survey(s) you are, if you lose (you will), reinstated an amount of LP that will be calculated based off which questions they got wrong and of course if there are multiple of these people on your team.
