League of Legends In-Game Problem

So, for the past month or so, I've been experiencing problems in-game. When I started playing league, my ping and FPS were all average and fine, but then one game, my league crashed in-game and my laptop froze. This forced me to restart my laptop, but by the time league re-opened, we had lost the game. This problem has been occurring very often for me now, and I haven't been able to figure out why. I've run the game as administer, I've used the hextech repair tool to re-install league, and I've checked to see if my router had any problems, but nothing changed. If anyone has any tips on how else to solve my problem, please do so. P.s. How do I paste logs onto this?
