Why do certain champions get far more love than others?

There are a few champions out there that have not seen a new skin in YEARS . (Yes, she had a rework but her most recent skin is still Safecracker Evelynn and was released literally 3 years ago and she has not seen anything new since).

There are champions out there that have 10+ skins to list a few, and others who have 1~2 skins .

Now yes, its obvious the champions with 10+ skins have been in the game FAR longer but if you take and for example, champions that have been released Nov. 2015 and Aug. 2016, still only have 1 skin each. In fact happy birthday to ? I think today makes her 2 years old and she still has only ONE skin (and there is so much potential with anime tentacle themes amirite xd).

I'm just saying maybe take a break from stacking skins on champions that already have 10 (Super Galaxy | Championship etc. that just got released even though they already have a ton of skins and recent ones at that (I.E. Hextech Challenger PROJECT: ) etc.) and maybe focus a little more on the deprived .

I've also been waiting 5+ years for Mantis Assassin . Just make it an ultimate skin, you know you want to .
