Forgot to change runes and masteries and have 2 options;
-play with poop runes and masteries and punish 4 other people
-dodge and lose lp and punish yourself for the next 5 games with mandatory 20 minute pre que's.

How do you dodge if your runes and masteries are set? Do you mean disconnect in loading screen so that the game is remade? If so, I'm 100% positive it takes a lot more than an occasional remake to get punished by leaverbuster and if it happens to you that often, you should probably change something that you're doing.
If you mean by just afk'ing the whole game, I don't see how that's better than the first option. I played with a kha the other day who had AP runes and he still carried the game, so there's at least a chance.

Even if everyone rushed to pick their champs thoughtlessly you have like 3 minutes at the very least to do those changes between ban phase, picking your champ and all the waiting in between.
Honestly tho it's not like this is an LCS game or something, playing with underwhelming runes/masteries isn't instadefeat and you can win even with that.
