Riot there needs to be a way to mute these item/champion link spammers

Right now even if you have someone muted, that troll can still link spam your item/champion all game.
They may spam that shit for a reason, regardless of it being good or bad, its no different than any other kind of spam. I also highly doubt anyone ever uses it for good intentions, its for tilt inducing moments for most of the times. There needs to be a way to block that out.
