Is there something wrong with the Honor?
Im at honor 1 checkpoint 1. I've been here for almost 4 weeks now. I usually gain 1 checkpoint every 2 week

If you have returned to dishonorable behavior, even if it is "mild" or not severe enough to merit another full punishment, your honor progress will be slowed.
