Recovery of a hijacked account and account reset.

So after being talked into playing again by some friends I logged in to find my account had been hijacked. I turned to support and got it back and then proceeded a week of back and forth on what they'd do to help me reset my account. Long story short: next to nothing. Now support was friendly and did what they can but "what they can" seems to be change my name and that's it.

-Didn't reset my friends list so that's gone -Didn't have any of the RP or IP from my account before it was hijacked refunded which including a name change was spent on champions for lanes I don't play. -Didn't reset my level; guess I lose out on all those level up rewards -Didn't reset my match history or games; I'm sure I'll have tons of fun in plat 2 after not playing the game for 5 years. -Etc.

So basically I have what amounts to someone else's account who happens to own my skins. I don't really think making me live with the consequences of someone else's decision is particularly fair and hope that if I keep making a stink about it someone will do something because I don't really want to play an account that fundamentally isn't mine.

Edit: Looks like they used all my refunds too, on what I'm not sure. But that's super.
