League Client Forcing Itself Open

So I've been noticing this issue for quite some time and I've seen a few other posts on here about it as well. Upon trying to force close the League game, and Client with Task Manager I notice the game application and client application continue to reopen itself even after closing it multiple times with task manager. I've noticed that this happens on demand with every instance I try to close the game/client, I don't think this is a bug and instead a rather shady implementation of Riot trying to keep you in a game. Who else has noticed this issue? Do you know of any fixes to this?
