Will past faction icons ever be obtainable again?

I have gotten every single faction icon except the zaun icon which I missed, and it makes me very very sad that when all the factions get their icons I will not have it.

As someone who loves icons (I have 174), this is very important =)

I doubt it. Maybe they will make new versions of the factions crests as icons some time in the future, but I wouldn't get my hopes high that the ones given out return.
