It should 100% be zilean for c9. They went 3-0 in week 2 of groups and it's was permabanned in the Afreeca series.

Actually, there can't be a C9 Ahri skin, because one of the rules for e-sports skins is that they can't ask for a skin for a champ that has recently gotten, or about to get a skin.
