That's not how P2W works. You can easily get Kha without having to shell out IRL money, compared to P2W where you can't easily get it. You also only need one Kha'zix, as opposed to however many gems or whatever bs currency the game uses.
The "OP" champion changes every month or two. Kha is OP now? He won't be come October or November, it'll be someone else instead.
Buying Kha does not give you skill to win on Kha. You do not need Kha to win, and it's honestly better to just play what you're familiar with than pick up Kha just because he's OP.
