League server crash but win

I won the game (after I dc'd and came back) and got 11 lp when I normally get around 20, is there something wrong with the amount I got or is it just to compensate those that lost for the dc's?

You should be upset if game was won either way had the servers not crashed. Riot just robbed you 9 LP and wasted your time

I also only got 11 LP. It's because they probably enabled loss prevention, the losers don't lose any LP, but to prevent inflation the winning team gains less LP.
