Golden Chroma with no skin

If I used my golden coin during the revel event and chose to get the sona chroma (without the skin) if I buy the skin now, will the Chroma be unlocked? I have the golden icon, but no chorma Sona or skin.

Yup. Buying the chroma unlocks the icon + the chroma: if you don't own the skin the chroma can't be used, but if at any later date you get the skin the chroma will be unlocked for it.
