Why am i not getting any checkpoints or increasing my honor level?

So i have been honored for almost every game in the past month and i play alot and i still dont see any increase in my honor level. I am still 0 checkpoints of 3 at honor level 3 and i have been atleast honored more than 500 times for sure. So why am i not getting anything? I was Afk this one game a month or two ago and thats the only game i have been afk in, in the past 3 years so i don't know whats wrong or what to do.
