Malzahar locks-down enemies pretty well when his cooldowns are up, so we’re giving him the tools to engage more often.

Ziggs ultimate now does true damage. His W destroys towers at 40% hp 80% slow on his E
We have disabled critical strike damage on Irelia but as a compensation we're now giving her 14% true damage on every attack when you press W. We hope this will help her in lanes vs tanks while creating engaging counterplay :^)
Reverting all nerfs on Morgana returning her to her form from seasons 1 and 2.
Brand's passive dot burn now causes fear effect for 1.25 seconds causing the target to cower in place.
malphites e is now a knockup and w does % current health damage and slows
garen now heals for 60% of the enemy's max HP when he executes with ult

We haven't been seeing enough Jayce, so we're giving him a small rework to make him more playable.

Since Jayce doesn't need tear anymore we hope this eventually depletes his resource bar and promotes LC$ bigplays.

Q - CD reduced by 2, shield now scales off of the enemy's maximum hp E - Generates a charge for free every 3s. CD reduced by 2. R - CD changed to 4/3/2s. Doubles his passive MR for 3s whenever an enemy champion is hit with this ability, refreshes if active.
Shaco's clone explosion range has been increased by 50.
Deceive now deals damage again.
Nunu can consume enemy champions.
