Neace deconstructing Hashinshin and League's community

The discussion is relevant to the boards since many have complained about top's state, getting bursted down, or which champions are absolutely broken. I wondered how do you guys see the boards/League community.

Some points he made for a TL;DR:

  • League's community is basically Hashinshin
  • Like Hashinshin, community is allowing/giving poor information
  • Top-lane isn't bad. It's the best for solo-carrying
  • TFBlade has proven top-lane surpasses ADCs and other lanes in solo-carrying potential
  • There's always a Jax player in challenger every season
  • Many people play poorly then complain in their little bubble with toxicity trying to attribute their loss/weakness to a nonexistent failure on Riot's part
  • Many people only want to keep their style rather than adapt

Please note I am not talking about Hashinshin but the correlation Neace made with the League community. I want to see your thoughts and I want you guys to show apathy and ignore talking about Hashinshin but focus on the comparison made with the League and Boards community. That's the focus of this discussion - specifically to also avoid player-shaming.

I have already seen the video, and yes, NEACE is right about hashitshit and the community. You aren't going to climb if you aren't going to adapt. The meta will not favor one strategy forever. That's not how competitive games work, and if it were, it would be incredibly boring.

A Neace video that isn't just outright bashing Riot, wooh, never thought I would see the day.

It doesn't take a genius to know Trashinshin is a total doofus.

"Many people only want to keep their style rather than adapt" Well yeah, there's a reason why this community promotes OTPs and pretty much the only competitive game to do so, because there are way too many kids playing this game.

So I tried to watch the video...it was a lot of weak, poorly supported claims with editorializing with only a few valid points.

By far the worst example was Tony Top 2, who despite being a Jax main has only a 52% winrate on him. It's his second lowest winrate of all his top played champs.

Just poking around at the challenger ladder that 52% winrate is an anomaly for champions played the same amount.

It's easy to rip hashinshin for trying to stick to the splitpush strategy, but I don't think that it's fair to say that splitpushing isn't viable because the players have improved; it's not viable because of changes Riot made to the game.

Lurking around, but I'll comment just so I can repeat this:

Random no name youtube channel that no one has ever heard of wants to jump on the anti-hashinshin bandwagon for views and shit. This isn't some new strategy and it has been done before. People who are trying to gain fame by being malicious are worthless.
