You have to remember that no matter what you cant win every game you come across, whether or not you play your part on the team. People are just sometimes bad, but if you keep playing like you are you will climb wherever you want. You have more wins than losses so it's all good.
this happens to me consistently every weekend.
the people on don't practice much, and generally don't care about winning but queue up for competitive game modes anyway
