Mayhaps we've created our own monsters.

By studying skin purchases, Riot has decided that adding champions who are fun to play as - despite being at the expense of 9 other people - is the way to go as everyone that plays them frequently will have such a massive ego that they will buy their skins. Thus Yasuo, Darius, etc. were born.

Maybe us complaining about Yasuo is really just us complaining about ourselves and our own spending habits. Have we inadvertently created these demons...?

Yes it's very fun to play as braindead press E janna/lulu that is why they continue to push janna/lulu skins forward

yes that is completely sound logic and totally makes sense nowaititdoesn't because janna and lulu aren't actually that fun or exciting to play as and they're mostly picked because people have to support and need someone easy to pick up but still be effective with. Or in the case of lulu specifically, because they appreciate her theme which is one of the most unique themes in all of gaming.

No, because champions like Yasuo and Darius were created to test the boundaries of what new things they can try on champions. Hence the disgusting Windwall, the double passive on Yasuo that gets him out of jail, the Darius E with its broken hitbox until season 6, the execute that refreshes on kill.

Surely it wasn't intended in any part of the kit that we would want to play them.
