Suddenly LeagueClientUXRender.exe?

I've been playing League for quite some time now and regularly look at my processes even when I don't have lag issues but after logging in today (haven't played for about a week or so) I started up an aram and it was noticeably laggy to where I had a delay moving my champ and whatnot.

Checked processes and there were the normal League processes without the UX in the name but then there was seperate processes with the same name, just UX on the end of it and according to my computer its taking up all my memory. Is there anyway to get this UX process of the client or whatever out and gone forever? Never even seen it until now when I had the lag issues, and in my playing days since season 2ish I've never had problems with lag in game and keep all my stuff up to date. Nothing else is running in the background either. Leagues the only thing open.

I did google it a bit and saw a while back it was an issue for some people but haven't found any posts from this year about it so figured I'd ask here. I don't ever post in these boards so please be gentle lol.
