it is so ofc that it is, they keep adding more and more champs to the game, yet they cant balance the ones they have already.
That is more of an issue of expansion and growing pains. sometimes they grow the game faster than they can manage it. But big changes such as preseasons are needed in order to prevent the game from stagnating and becoming stuck in a frustrating or unfair meta.

Are you sure? Have you seen Meddler's Gameplay Thoughts posts that he usually does several times a week? I've seen Rioters respond directly to questions there, provided that the questions are posed in a manner that is not disruptive and harmful.
Only way to to go though the support staff and they are useless. Try sending a complain in and you get ignored by the support staff. Try and get any problems sort all the support staff is give how they have had the same problem, yet they do nothing to sort it.
That is strange, I've had a lot of experiences interacting with player support where they have addressed my concerns or at least done their best to help even when they can't give me exactly what I want.
I've seen other people have trouble getting help from support, but they usually did things like enter the support ticket with a combative intent instead of an intent to reach an understanding. May I ask how you phrased your support request?
They want you to buy skins
Well, yeah. That is how they make a living. I'm pretty sure every company wants you to buy their products. I don't see what this has to do with corruption though, as this is normal capitalism. If Riot were actually corrupt we would see evidence of them doing things to manipulate players into buying skins, but this has not been the case.
