I dont think so^^ I was just a casual player even when I played the game every day, and I havent even touched it for more than a few games with a buddy for like 6 month by now... I mean, I can look, but honestly, I dont think I can help you alot...
Just saying, you have some really absurd death counts
You should abuse the tons of regen she gets while her stealth is up. Play a more passive Eve and you'll be rewarded. Even if a gank results in nothing other than a charm and some poke you can leave and come back at a health advantage constantly as long as you don't die, that's even worth burning ult over for the dash.

I think there's a fair bit of feast or famine, and you seem to be playing as though you are feasting when you dont have the income to back it up, hence the poor KDA. While you're still learning Eve, I'd suggest playing her similarly to how you'd play Yi in the early game, gank only good opportunities, and make sure you farm hard. Once/if you get your item in a relatively short time period, and are equal in level to your mid/top lane, then you can start hitting hard. You should be 1 level higher than your bot laners if all's going to plan in the early game.
