You don't get them without spending money
They're basically 100$ chromas
If you blow Marc Merrill he'll give you 10 prestige points.
Every event pass has had a 100 prestige points for tokens option, so you could get a pass and just grind hard.
Honestly though, I did the grind and I'm not much of a grinder. I got the skin and have barely used it tbh lol....
