Riot support and their gifting system

So just few days ago i found out that i got suspended because of "chargeback" Riot games is asking 300 Euro to un suspend account. So what happened was i got RP from someone and i dont know from who (btw i just came back to league and didnt even know you can gift stuff) and looks like the person that gifted me RP, did a chargeback. I dont know how much exactly RP did i get but im sure it wasnt worth 300 Euro.

I already spent some money with my phone (thats only way in my country) to get some RP and now Riot suspended my account untill i pay 300 Euro.

Edit: What to do now?

Idk what is the best thing to do, but did you imediatly write to the support when you got the RP and did you use any of it?

I am pretty sure they only do this if they know that the "gifter" and the one being "gifted" are the same person.

Are you sure you're telling us the whole story here?
