Riot, you need to look into reducing the snowball gap.....i try and try, and no matter what i do, i cant carry these teams....like holy shit man, why cant people take a simple piece of advice without flaming each other

A word of advice: stop trying to give people advice in-game. Things go much smoother that way.
Doesn't matter how you phrase it, someone is always gonna interpret it in a manner that shines negatively on them. Plus, according to Riot's report system, there's no difference between constructive criticism and flaming, so you're more likely to get banned either way.

dude, you gotta pull out the sky william's strat. start succin' the D. Compliments boost self esteem of teammates and as such they stay motivated to win, it also acts as a sort of "well maybe he isn't complete shit" buffer. People are less likely to flame someone if you compliment something they do. The second part is that it keeps you looking at your teammates, so you respond faster to their needs.
