I can't climb out of B5?

So I expected to get put in B5 this season because I had gotten placed into it last season as well but I had never bothered even attempting to climb. This season I did get B5 and I started climbing about a week ago. My MMR is currently 962, and whenever I play a game I always win it except for when i get into promos. I've reached 100LP three times so far but every time I do I get put into troll teams who int feed or afk at base. This has happened every time i play a promo game without fail. I'm a one trick splitpush Teemo main, and I know how to carry games with him. Is there some ranking mechanic that always messes up my promos like that? What am I doing wrong? Plz help...

I noticed this last night in my Promos into B3. I got placed 0LP B5 this season too and have been climbing out since I committed last week. EVERY time I get into promos I get the most unusual amount of AFK/Leavers and Trolls.

First game of the series we had a Shyv Jungle who just quit at 8 minutes in without saying a word. Second game we had another Shyv Jungle who was playing like someone taught a chimpanzee how to play for about 15 minutes. THEN he started typing and said something like "Sorry guys, I had to pick up the pizza so I had my kid play for me."

for general guide on building, Liandrys torment and Sorcer shoes give you 33 magic pen plus the burn dmg from the liandrys, 2 of those are essneital, use a guide for the rest. don't play much teemo, but magic pen will stomp your lane

Grab a friend and DO IT DUO! I reached my promotional for B2 8 FRICKEN TIMES and every single time our top or middle fed like 0-12 13 minutes in. I grabbed my friend and we duo bottom and he basically carries anyone in Bronze... We've won 5/6 of our placement games (Edit: I forgot to mention that we BOTH have gotten a few S-, S, and S+'s in there). I'm almost B1 and can't wait to hit silver with him.

ditch your teemo builds and get ap, ap teemo is crazy strong right now, last patch he had the highest winrate, you can split push with ap. building AD teemo is super irrelevant especially because ap will do more dmg to towers and champs! you will contribute more, use probuilds.net and follow ap builds!

if you generally want to improve at the game then watch this guide, learn each tip one by one and you will climb so fast. start by focusing on Cs'ing tho, you want to get that up to at least 7.5, you don't cs well at all.

I know what you mean man. I got to promos in 2-3 games 12 times last season and every single time I got an afk and/or an inter in at least 3 games of every promo series.
