I think you're talking about a bug I sometimes see when "Seeing more" to go beyond the first page. Then some of the topics originally near the end of the list get duplicated links.

it's none of these explanations. people make a stupid post and trolls make the exact same post to mess with them up to like 5-7 times in a row.
It's just GD being GD is all.
