Currently in the PBE, they are 7 rune pages. 2 of those pages are editable so will we be able unlock the presets by purchasing them or do we have to buy separate pages? Would be kind of a bummer if it stayed like this. :^
There will be the preset, uneditable pages, but any Rune Pages you currently own will transfer over to the new system, and you will be able to buy more with BE/RP.
I'm actually quite impressed that they did this. Reforged runes will make me change my perfectly fine 2 rune pages and many masteries to only 2 presets. These aren't the "free runes" that we were promised.
