Bringing back merging account option

So honestly only wanted to see what community thought on this an of course for personal reasons when I was over seas I and came back to the us I transfer my old old account over seas and it got region locked when I came back because I dumped the computer I had over there and forgot to transfer everything coming home I got a new gaming set up and such. I currently have access to all of it now noting this took me around 2 years lol cause of google, but I wanted to merge the old old account with my new account (that I've been playing for almost 2 years now.) thought they still offered it so called and unfortunately they do not offer this service no more. I completely understand merging accounts is in with everyone an NOT in everyone interest and i am not trying to boost my account just my old account I had actually spent money on it so I feel 100% inclined to play on that one now that I have access to it for skins I had purchased and the older items I can NOT obtain on my new account. I honestly don't even want the stats to be transferred over I just want champs and other things I have been playing on with the mastery score I currently have on them to transfer over. and my keys cause I have plenty of those id actually like to keep. I care less about any other stat or stuff as I can redo all my custom pages and such.
