Azir is so OP plz nerf

It is so OP please nerf it. Nerf it to the ground so it has winrate lower than 20% and keep making new champions with overstacked utility. Don't do anything about completely balanced champs such as Urgot and Aatrox which uses basically no mana and can infinitely spam their abilities while Azir who is so broken uses 1 ability and must recall due to mana shortage. Please make another Neeko which has a shield, damage, mobility, cc and everything you can ask for so that you can sell its skin on its release milking the players and then gutting it later. Please nerf Azir even more please.
