I think Riot should rework for rank system

I began to play League since S4. I still remember after one month I got Silver 4 easily. Now after nearly 3000 - 4000 games I've played, I'm still struggling in Silver 4 or 3. I usually play mid or jg in the game (Jayce, Syndra, Vik, Galio, Ryze, Vlad; Kha'zix, Shyv, Rammus, Rumble, Cho). I don't think I'm not as good as Gold players but in most games, the system will match me with trash players (Feeders or their skills are obviously not belong to this level, usually bot or top players). If I won, it means I have carried most of the times (Free wins? that's in my dream, probably 1/15). If I played with my friends even all of them are Platinum, I can still do well and win the game. You can judge me that I'm not that good, but at least I don't think I'm still the same level as I just start the game. This is really upset and I feel helpless all the time.

I truly want a relatively fair game in most of the times even I got lost. I don't talk too much in games before (At least before S7), but now I become a mad person and report other players in every game. Riot should really consider about the rank system. Matchmaking NEEDS to be changed for individual performance. Wins/losses is completely inaccurate in placing people where they need to be. It is archaic and makes 0 sense, 0.

I agree, really hard to win games when you have an inting bot lanes or a random person 1 division higher than everyone on the enemy team. really unfair.

Fair is an illusion. You will never ever, both in-game and in real life, meet two people who is at the same skill levels, let alone 10.

However, just a new perspective. Dont play with you team-mates, play vs your opponents. If you say top is trash, utilize that and counter-kill top everytime he kills your toplaner. Same with bot. Watch youtube videos on how high elo players 1v9. Make your team-mates better, if that dont work, make your enemies worse.

Not saying that every game is winnable, but surely there are things you can do better at and improve ?
