About Kayn...

Thoughts on whether kayn is perfectly balanced or not? I've just been getting steamrolled due to Kayn snowballing off of a couple kills, goes Shadow Assassin, and ends up pretty much hard carrying game. I understand that I could just be having bad games or something but the question is: Nerf or Nah?
