What happened with the Wukong's rework?

The rework didn't come out in patches 9.11, 12, 13, 14... Will they finally make our Monkey King great again in the new 9.15 patch? I stopped playing since 9.11 and honestly I'm very disappointed because Riot baited us and now there is no rework... Even no news when it'll come live..

Maybe it will came out when patch 9.15 hit the the Live Server remember the Malphite change? they show us for like 1 month and we only get the it at this patch..

They said it needs VFX changes so it's gonna take a little while before they can ship it.
