Rework the AFK punishment

Just to be clear, I'm not talking about the loss of LP in ranked, I'm talking about the 20 min timer you get from leaving any gamemode. Now, this waiting thing is a good way of punishing AFK players, but I think it really needs some tweaks. You really should able to wait the duration, and not immediatly go into queue. Example; I have a ban, I wait the 20 minutes, and after the 20 minutes I can go eat or something and then come back and que up without waiting. This way we can fit LoL playing better into our schedules. Also, it needs some debugging. Recently I've had to wait double of the duration due to some bug, TWO TIMES. Yeah, this really shouldnt happen. 40 minutes is quite a lot of time.

You do know what the answer is going to be right? It's a hell of a lot simpler for you as an individual to stop leaving games than it is for them to waste time and resources tweaking punishments and coding. Not to mention you're gonna get banned anyways if you keep it up, so it's in your best interest to just stop.
